Generally speaking, the humidity of material crushed by hammer crusher had better not less than 15 percent. As for the ordinary hammer crusher in the market, if the humidity of material less than 15 percent, then the crushing efficiency would be subject to influence of different level. For material, greater humidity, stronger adhesion, and it is easy to adhere to the cavity of hammer crusher and difficult to pass. The hammer crusher is mainly applied to the crisp material, thus, if the material has higher moisture content and no sort of brittleness, then hammer crusher can not reach the best working state, which lead to the low working efficiency and uneven discharging granularity.
In order to solve the above problem, Hongxing engineer improved the grate material of hammer crusher according to years of researched and developed experience, and improved the structure of hammer crusher, crushing cavity and discharge hole, and make material with higher moisture content easier to through the cavity of hammer crusher. Therefore, this improvement measure enhanced the inclusiveness of hammer crusher for material with higher humidity and break the deadlock that traditional hammer crusher cannot break wet material.
