The management and operation staff of sand making equipment should learn the knowledge and relevant requirements of winter construction of sand maker in advance, and make a good plan of winter construction materials, accessories, maintenance and so on to ensure the smooth progress of winter construction.
1. Check the machine thoroughly and preheat before daily work.
2. Before the temperature is below zero, the oil of the gearbox, such as the reinforcement machinery, the air compressor, the ground pump, the tower crane and the sand machine, should be replaced with the -25# oil.
3. The principles of short line, less elbow and tight joint should be followed when installing pump in pipeline. The pump pipe of the ground pump and the distributor should be closely connected to ensure that the slurry does not leak. When the temperature is low or cold, the pump pipe should be insulated and wrapped with rubber and plastic insulation material. The whole pipe must be wetted with hot water before pumping concrete to guarantee continuous working of concrete when pumping concrete. If failure occurs and the rest time does not exceed 45 minutes or concrete segregation occurs, the residual concrete in the pipe should be rinsed out immediately, and the residual ash and stagnant water should be cleaned in time.
4. Special personnel should be responsible for the elimination of stagnant water, ice and snow deposits, sundries and other work, to ensure the sand machine working site without water and ice.
5. There must be wind-proof and snow-proof measures on the construction site of sand maker.
6. In case of snow weather or strong winds above 6, the operation should be stopped.
