Combined type powder concentrator is mainly used as the separation equipment in the closed-circuit system of raw material powder grinding in the cement plant and also as the separation equipment for grinding other non-metallic ores, and it is used in the building industry.
This powder concentrator has reasonable internal structure, high powder separation efficiency and obvious energy saving effect. This product has simple system configuration which can greatly improve the yield of the system.
The materials that are ground are fed into the feeding mouth of the powder concentrator and are evenly scattered through the rotating spreading plate of the rotor. Due to the obstruction of the retention ring, the materials will scatter to the powder concentration area between the air deflector and the rotor. The powder dust particles that move in the powder concentration eddy will be influenced by the gravity, wind power and rotary centrifugal force at the same time, for this reason, the powder dust particles with different initial velocity and grain diameter will have different movement locus, and the fine and slight particles will be sucked inside the rotor with the air flow and go into the cyclone collector in four ways through the air distribution room, and the majority part of the final fine powders are separated, and the dusty air will be discharged from the exhaust duct of the cyclone collector and go to the next dust collecting equipment. The coarse and heavy particles will fall and are gathered to the coarse powder collecting cylinder through the cone and returned to the grinding mill for re-grinding.
