Medium-sized plate feeder is an intermittent feeding machine and suitable for conveying massive materials whose feeding granularity is smaller than 400mm for short distance. In the industrial departments of mine, ore beneficiation plant, chemistry, cement and building material, it is widely used for evenly and intermittently conveying the materials from the material storage bin to the crushing and conveying equipment.
The tail of this feeder machine adopts unique design, so that it is suitable to be used in rainy and humid areas, and when sticky materials accumulate to the tail, the chain will not jump, so that the normal production will not be influenced. The hauling chain and the load chain are separated, so that the dynamic load is small and the service life of the machine is improved. This feeder machine has fine material selection, reliable quality and good interchangeability.
When the plate feeder works, the electro motor and the reducer drives the sprocket with alveolus structure to rotate, so that the hauling chain that engages with the chain wheel will drag the material trough in which there are materials to move forward. The supporting device-hauling chain moves on the thrust wheel and the riding wheel props with the conveying trough to bear the weight of the materials and the running devices. The materials are pushed from the storage bin above the tail to the conveying trough, and move along with it to the chute mouth with housing and then are discharged.
