Main Equipment of Stone Crushing Line:

The stone crushing line, which can also be called stone production line or rock crushing plant, consists of jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, fine crusher, roll crusher, hammer crusher, mobile crushing station, etc.

Working Principle of Stone Production Line:

Large-size stones are transferred to the primary crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, and then the crushed materials are transferred to the impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregates with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the Impact Crusher for re-crushing. This form a closed circuit manifold cycle. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements, and the deduster will be attached for the sake of environment protection.

Characteristics of Stone Production Line:

This production line is widely used in the mine, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water irrigation and chemical industry. They have the features of big crushing ratio, even granularity, simple structure, reliable working condition, convenient repair and economical operation.
