HX series vibrating screen is a new type of circular vibrating screen product which is improved based on YA and YK series, combining customers’ operating conditions and maintenance experience, and upgraded for heavy duty conditions.
HX series vibrating screen can process more than 200 kinds of materials, such as quartz stone, river pebbles, calcite, dolomite, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, diabase, etc.
1. The screen Angle as 18 °, high screening efficiency.
2. The exciter is an eccentric shaft + eccentric block structure, providing sufficient excitation force.
3. Thin oil self-lubrication, replacing the lubricating oil once every 3-6 months.
4. Wear-resistant rubber protective layer is designed for the key parts to extend the service life of the screen and screen plate.
HX series vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device, and motor. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the exciter eccentric shaft.
